At Aodour PK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is received, our team will review the claim to ensure the product is in its original, untampered condition with all tags attached.
Reverse Pickup or Shipping
Depending on your location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with the address to ship the parcel back to our warehouse.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 working days.
